Born and raised in Wilmington, NC, Catherine has witnessed the tremendous growth that has transformed the area. After attending the College of Charleston, she returned to Wilmington to start a business with her husband which they expanded to Bald Head Island, NC, and Myrtle Beach, SC. While living at Wrightsville Beach and Bald Head Island over the years she has come to know all the beautiful communities surrounding Wilmington and developed a love for its residences.

Her exceptional knowledge of the local market, handling commercial transactions as well as residential investments, has made Catherine the natural "go-to" resource for any real estate needs.
