Greg Isenhour

Born in Concord, NC, Greg is a second generation real estate broker and general contractor. Adolescent years were spent learning custom home building from a hands-on perspective. After receiving his undergraduate degree from Asbury College and a Master's degree from Duke University, Greg settled in Chapel Hill, NC where he spent 25 plus years in the real estate, land development and construction industry. In 2004, he purchased an old beach shack in Surf City as a weekend getaway, tore it down and rebuilt new.  Little did he know that he had just opened up shop in coastal NC.  Now his work extends to the Brunswick County beach communities as well as being the broker in charge for the Landmark Sotheby’s office in Southport.

Directly or thru oversight of others, Greg has facilitated in excess of 2,000 real estate transactions ranging from working with first time home buyers to complex 1031 exchanges. His expertise has spanned both the residential and commercial markets. Join that experience with land development and construction in residential and commercial arenas and you have a well-seasoned real estate broker to assist with any of your real estate investment needs. In his spare time, Greg enjoys jumping on "Beverly's Boat" and heading out for sunset cruises or for that matter, any water activities including fishing and being a pastime avid sailor. He is a decent guitarist and vocalist that you might find at local karaoke night. Be careful and run to the middle of the fairway if you see him on the golf course!  Greg and Beverly split their time between Topsail and “the farm” located in in Supply, NC (near Holden Beach) on the ICWW.  This new found (2016) “paradise” in Brunswick county is in the process of becoming their permanent residence along with the horses and chickens!
